Sales & Account Representative Hoofddorp

The company is looking for a Sales & Account Representative for its office in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. The Sales & Account Representative is part of the Sales and Marketing Team, which is the heart of the organisation. Within the dynamic organisation, the Sales & Marketing Team is responsible for coordinating, planning and selling all courses throughout the world, as well as keeping close contact with other departments, instructors and course-participants.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Managing the general Training Department email inbox (respond to incoming enquiries, assist with enrolling course participants on the website and advise clients) ensuring high service level.
• Turn inbound opportunities to generate outbound activities
• Provide a fast, reliable and high-quality customer service to the customers
• Acquiring participants for scheduled courses to maximize the fill rate, up- and cross selling for existing and new customers/quote requests through multiple channels of communication
• Prospecting, Qualifying and Acquisition of new customers
• Making and realizing account plans for the key customers, account management, building relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meeting targets and KPI’s for the assigned accounts
• Building and expanding customer relationships, participating in course-breaks for talks with participants and trainers
• Supervising e-exams at the end of the course and manage our eLearning platform and eLearning courses
• Utilizing telephone sales and skills to create interest and offer value-added services to customers
• Following up on Marketing Campaigns and Sales initiatives
• Any other assistance and ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Marketing & Sales Department
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably business administration, management or marketing)
• At least 3-4 years working experience, with a commercial mindset is a must
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Ability and desire to sell
• Commercially-inclined and commercially-oriented nature
• Affinity with sales activities; personal interest for customer relationship and sales
• A positive, confident and determined approach
• Eager and result-oriented
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and anticipating on process critical situations
• Optimal work tempo needed without the risk of quality deterioration
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Service minded nature and able to manage stress
• Commercially inclined / commercially orientated nature
• Being a flexible team player and being able to work together with colleagues in a small team
• Positive attitude towards participants, trainers and colleagues
