Technical Support Representative, native level English Nieuwegein

Specifically, we are searching for a technical support representative with a solid understanding of a broad range of technical subjects including, TCP/IP networking, virtualization (ESXi, KVM and VMWare Workstation), enterprise software, as well as Windows and Linux. The current opening is for a weekend shift; Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Once trained, the Saturday and Sunday shifts can be worked from home.

Overview of responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support over a variety of products through email, phone, and chat
Convert customer training environments to their platforms (KVM, ESXi, and Ghost)
Help end users connect to and use the training portals
Identify and report bugs
Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases
Qualifications: Ability to quickly identify and offer solutions to complex software and networking issues, often with limited information
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts over phone, email, and chat
2 years in a support, systems, or networking position
1 year virtualization platform experience (preferably KVM or ESXi)
Experience in a customer-facing role
Familiarity with enterprise software either from a user or admin perspective
Able to work from Saturday till Tuesday
